50 Squats
then,
7rds
10 KB Swings
10 Box Jumps
10 OH Lunges 45/25
10 Wall Balls
then.....
Two options....
If you showed up to do the WOD on Thursday......(the running wod)
Congrats... your done.
If you didnt however....
50 Squatting burpees :)TADAA!!!!!!(you guessed it, a squat, then a burpee.)
