Way before I discovered CF, Joe J and I would work out together. About the time the movie 300 came out, a certain Men's Health workout that was inspired by the movie became all the rage. It was called the 300 Workout.
It involved 300 reps of diff movements. Very similar to the F50.
Here is the Workout
25 Strict Pullups
50 Deadlifts
50 Pushups
50 Box Jumps 24 in
50 Floor Sweepers
25 Clean and Press with a 35lb KB (35!!!) each arm
25 Pullups
This would take Joe and I on the high 20's to do. It killed us. Every movement.
The Men's Health super athlete who designed and performed the wod, did it in 19 min.
Im anxious to see just how long this takes to do now that we have a bit of the best total fitness training program known to man under our belt.
