We encourage EVERYONE to sign up and partake in this years CF Games Open!  You dont have to be a fire breather!  Its a great way to challenge yourself and do something different.  Plus...... The workouts will be programmed anyway, so your going to find yourself doing them ! :)  This year there is a scaled and a RX division so it will be something for everyone.  We have teams for the North and South gym and would love to have the most participation possible!!!

Jack Martin

Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, OK, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, WA, died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. 

Martin is survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.
