4/24 Sessions at 7,8,9,10,11 a CrossFit 101 session will be held at 12, HIGHLY recomended to anyone new to the program in order to better learn many of the basic moves.
5 rds
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
Rest three minutes inbetween each round
