10/11 Sessions at 5.15,6.15,7,8,11.30,4.30,5.30,6.30 3 rds Run 400 M 20 Pullups 15 Pushups 10 Upsy Daiseys 5 HSPU and maybe 50 squats....wait some of us already did squats....hmmmm
