Fight Gone Bad
Hello everyone, most of you know that we are in the process of moving to our new location, which is just a few doors down from where we are now, but will be much larger. Our new location will be ready to move in tomorrow, so we will have the wod tomorrow, and then a Rest/moving day on Wednesday. Then a new cycle starting on Thursday.
So to recap
2/16 Fight Gone Bad
2/17 Rest Day
2/18 Back to normal three day cycle

So...on Crossfit.com it says either 3 or 5 rounds...which are we doing? :) Also, what are we subbing for the rowing?
