We will be having OPTIONAL two a day wods until the comp.
In Springfield we will be performing multiple wods in three days, so we want to help you prep your body for the beat down. Again, these are OPTIONAL. We will still score them and post to FB as per the reg wods.
As is always our goal at CrossFit 540. This is supposed to be fun. We want the gym and training to enrich your lives. Not be a burden. At the end of the day, its just a workout. Have fun and do what you can.
