Foundations/ Beginner session at 5.30pm North

First 30 min of class(including warm up time)
Find a Back Squat max

3rds both for time
15 Back Squats @ 70%
30 Pushups
60 DU (120 singles)
Rest as long as needed inbetween and while spotting others
