Deadlift Day  (try not to show up late!!)

Deadlift warmup

Find 'Oly lift' Deadlift max  (back must not 'round') during lift
   -25 minutes to warmup and find max

then 3-3-3-3-3 at 80% + of that max (with straight back, if back cannot be maintained, drop weight)

after if time allows, Tabata situps

L sit practice
