Little bit of House keeping.  We were able to raise 310 dollars for the Cupid's Charities funding cancer research for children.  Thanks to everyone who was able to give for this cause!  Our next Cause will be coming to you soon!

We will do the Open Wod 16.3 on Saturday....  If Bar Muscle Ups are not your jam, no worries!  We will have options!
